When you use QuickSWMS, we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider (Clerk). We also collect the job details you submit to generate SWMS documents.
Your information is used solely to provide the QuickSWMS service: generating Safe Work Method Statements based on your input. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your account data is stored securely by Clerk. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never touches our servers. SWMS generation data is processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
We use Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Anthropic Claude (AI generation). Each service has its own privacy policy.
